Είναι το μεγαλύτερο σκάφος της εταιρείας που μπορεί να ρυμουλκηθεί ιδιωτικά με αυτοκίνητο, με συνολικό βάρος τρέιλερ κάτω από 1.200 κιλά και μέγιστο πλάτος 2,54 μ. Διαθέτει 4 έως 8 θέσεις και μια άνετη περιοχή καθιστικού.

Είναι δίδυμο του EcoRunner 78: η μόνη διαφορά είναι ότι στο EcoRunner 69 η πλατφόρμα επέκτασης και η βάση μηχανής είναι βιδωμένες πάνω στην πρύμνη, ενώ στο EcoRunner 78 είναι ενσωματωμένες. Γι’ αυτό το νόμιμο μήκος του είναι 6,9 μέτρα αντί για 7,8.
